Overview
This policy outlines permitted and prohibited uses of Syniq Business OS, operated by Syniq (Pty) Ltd. Using the Service means agreeing to the boundaries below.

You agree not to
- Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Upload malware or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Reverse engineer or resell the service
- Disrupt platform performance

Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where possible, we will warn first — but in cases of active abuse we may act immediately to protect other users and the platform.

Reporting abuse
If you believe another user is violating this policy, email support@syniqsolutions.co.za with the subject line “Acceptable Use”. We review every report.
